1. Application Scope

YarHealth is a private personal health dashboard. Access is restricted exclusively to the application owner and their authorized family members and invited guests. No public registration, sign-up, or user accounts are available. These terms exist to satisfy third-party API registration requirements and to document the intended and permitted use of the application.

2. Permitted Use

YarHealth may be used solely by the owner and their authorized users for personal health data analysis and visualization. Any use by unauthorized parties is prohibited.

3. Age Requirement

YarHealth requires all users to be at least 16 years of age. Users under 16 may not create accounts or connect health devices to YarHealth. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. Access by users under 16 is not permitted without verified parental consent, in accordance with GDPR Article 8. Date of birth is collected at account creation solely to verify age eligibility.

4. Not Medical Advice

YarHealth is a personal data visualization tool only. It is not a medical device, clinical decision support system, or healthcare service. Nothing displayed in YarHealth constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment recommendations. Sleep scores, HRV values, readiness metrics, activity data, body composition data, and AI-generated summaries are informational and reflect data provided by third-party wearables — they are not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use YarHealth to make decisions about your health, medication, or treatment. Always consult a licensed physician or other qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition.

5. Third-Party Device Integrations

YarHealth integrates with the following third-party platforms to retrieve health data: • Oura Health: YarHealth accesses the Oura API in accordance with Oura Health's developer terms of service. Data retrieved via the Oura API — including sleep metrics, HRV, readiness scores, and activity data — is used exclusively for the personal benefit of the account holders whose credentials authorize the connection. • Withings: YarHealth accesses the Withings API in accordance with Withings' developer terms of service. Data retrieved via the Withings API — including sleep metrics, activity data, step count, weight, and body composition — is used exclusively for the personal benefit of the account holder. Users may disconnect their Withings account and request data erasure at any time via the Settings page, as required by Withings' partner terms. No device data belonging to any person outside the authorized user group is accessed or stored.

6. Automated Processing and AI Insights

YarHealth uses automated processing, including AI-powered analysis via Anthropic's API, to generate health narratives, trends, and cross-source insights from your connected health data. This automated processing is used to produce informational summaries and correlations for personal health visualization purposes only. It does not constitute automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects as defined under GDPR Article 22. Only aggregated, non-identifiable health metrics are transmitted to Anthropic for AI processing. No names, identifiers, dates of birth, or raw personal data are included in these requests. You may withdraw consent for AI-powered insights at any time by disconnecting your health devices via the Settings page.

7. Data Rights and GDPR

Authorized users have the following rights, exercisable at any time through the Settings page at https://health.yarbros.net/settings: • Right of access: Request a copy of all personal data held about you. • Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data. • Right to erasure: Request deletion of all your personal data. Use the Delete Account option in Settings. • Right to restriction of processing: Request that processing of your data be limited in certain circumstances. • Right to data portability: Download a structured copy of your data in JSON format from Settings. • Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests. • Right to withdraw consent: Disconnect your Oura or Withings account at any time via Settings. • Right to lodge a complaint: Lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local supervisory authority. 8. Data Retention

Health session data, AI-generated insights, and device connection tokens are retained for as long as you maintain an active account. User data is automatically deleted following 24 months of account inactivity. You will be notified before automated deletion occurs. You may request immediate deletion of all your data at any time via the Settings page.

9. No Warranties

YarHealth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No warranty is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Health data is retrieved from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. The application owner expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the application owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use YarHealth, including but not limited to reliance on any data, metric, or AI-generated content displayed in the application. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if the owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Third-Party Services

YarHealth depends on Oura, Withings, Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic as third-party services. Availability and accuracy of YarHealth content may be affected by changes to these services. The application owner is not responsible for third-party service outages, inaccuracies, or policy changes. Data Processing Agreements are in place with Supabase and Vercel. Anthropic processes only aggregated, non-identifiable data under a commercial Data Processing Agreement.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the application or applicable law. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Authorized users will be notified of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
